Deep carbonized wood features

Environmental protection

The wood is only in contact with water vapor and hot air throughout the process, without the addition of any chemical agents, maintaining the natural essence of the wood.

Purifying air

As the name suggests, carbonized wood has some special functions of carbon after it has been treated. It can absorb impurities in the air and has the function of filtering air to improve people's breathing environment.

Environmental stability

During the high-temperature carbonization of wood, the hydrophilic factors inside the wood are reorganized, which reduces the hygroscopic balance point of wood. It is commonly called “wet line” and is not easily affected by the surrounding environment. It is known to be suitable for various wood products.

Extremely strong corrosion resistance

During the carbonization process, most of the fungi and all insects inside the wood are killed in high temperature air. At the same time, the internal nutrients of the wood undergo complex and violent chemical changes and are degraded. Or reorganization, the surviving fungus can die by losing life-sustaining nutrients. That is to say, the wood does not undergo mildew after carbonization.
